Heaven on Earth
Out of all the places i've stayed in my years of travel, Carters Rest proved to be the best experience by far. Jonathan and Simone have mastered the art of hosting, from welcoming you like family, thinking of every possible detail in the rooms and family space to maximize your comfort to the mouth watering food they create together, I truly cannot recommend Carters Rest enough. The location is breath taking, and we easily could have spent most of our trip here. It is truly a five star experience, with the the added matchless hosting of Jonathan & Simone.
